All new colour client’s must be skin tested a minimum of 48 hours before their scheduled appointment. 

All clients that have not been in the salon for a colour service in the last six months must also be skin tested a minimum of 48 hours before their scheduled appointment.

Any appointment alterations/cancellations must be made with 48 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will require 50% payment of the altered appointment prior to any future bookings. 

Any appointment alterations/cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be deemed a “No-Show'“ & will require 100% payment of the altered appointment prior to any future bookings.
